Bonding Silpoly / Silnylon tarp

I'm trying to add pullouts to my Silpoly tarp. I just want to bond them without sewing. I saw a video where someone used Elastosil E41 and could not pull the material apart. Unfortunately, i live in Canada and cannot seem to find or get that product.

I've tried the following all without success

Gorilla Fabric Glue
Seam Grip + SIL
Permatech flowable Silicone sealant/adhesive for windshields
GE Silicone sealant / adhesive.

has anyone used an adhesive that will work for Silpoly material to form a strong, permanent bond?

I've used the Peratex silicone windshield sealant w/ good success. Are you sure you have a silicone treated fabric and not urethane treated?

Do you have a sound reason for not combining sewing and sealing other than esthetics?

Sound reason? No. Im not good at sewing worried ill damage tarp trying to sew

So....... Any better adhesive suggestions? Is there something as good as Elastosil E41 that i should be able to find / get in Canada?

Like most anything, proper preparation is key. Works for patching or panel pulls.

The process works. Use the detailed steps. Locate and mark area(s). Clean any grease/ debris off material, a lightly saturated cotton ball with rubbing alcohol is fine. You are cleaning a small area, no need to over saturate the area. Lightly sand area. Clean again. Have clean hands to help reduce contamination. Have a space where the project can sit at room temp for at least 24 hours. Wax paper, flat surface is mandatory (I’ve used two stiff books before, more patches = more books. Finally a use for those old Encyclopedias ) Mark area where you want patch or panel pull. Apply sil caulk. Place the patch or tab where it needs to be. Let it sit undisturbed for a minimum of 24-48 hours. Remove weight and wax paper.

If some strategic placement is done, you can do all tieouts, panel pulls all in one step, using several books/weights and finish a full tarp in just couple days. Mark out spots, lay out tarp on floor or table and scrunch areas where no patches go.
