I wont be able to make this outing. In laws will be in town for a couple of weeks, so I’ll be preoccupied.

Re the group meal, it’s looking like a soup or watery stew would go well with the bread.

I'm hoping for the group meal we do something like that menu chard posted

I'm coming on Thursday and willing to pack in a turkey. If it's frozen we could keep it in water to thaw / brine overnight and it would be ready Friday.

EDIT - butterball turkeys are on sale at freshco so I'm getting one today
