Sort of ; talked to her Sat. and her knee is hurtin' bad .was doin Vitamin I ,and her uber light hiking pole cracked .hope she backs down the pace a little !Originally Posted by Quoddy
Here's hope's that she take's it easy on that knee, maybe a zero or two, hiking with an injury is not a lot of fun! Pushing through a little pain is one thing, but pushing it too far is never a good thing!
