    Thanks for all good advices

    1. When I started using hammock I always hang it were the view was best
    2. Lesson learned is to also sometimes find a sheltered place if the wind is tough....

My UL 20 I have set up using the paddle sometimes

    Hello Neighbour! (I'm from Finland)

I have a somewhat similar setup, a little longer Hennessy Explorer Zip and the same Cumulus Selva 450 Large. Even with the longer Explorer, the Selva 450L is a *long* underquilt. It's perfect for colder weather and avoiding drafts, but it also means that the ends of the underquilt are not so well protected by the diamon stock Hennessy tarp (at least unless it's positioned perfectly and the wind direction is just right). With your shorter hammock, this is even more an issue.

I ended up buying the Hennessy Hex tarp, which clearly protects the underquilt much better. (I still take the smaller tarp to save weight, if I'm pretty sure it's not going to rain much.) And I actually also ended up buying an overfilled Cumulus Selva 120 underquilt for summer. That had more to do with temperatures, but it verified that a shorter underquilt is much easier to keep dry, even with the Hennessy stock tarp.
