Hey Crawldaddy! It looks from the map that there aren't any trails near the reservoir itself. There are plenty in the state park, however, especially right off Highway 11. I use a combination of Caltopo.com and Alltrails.com to scope things out like this. For example: 10 Best Hikes and Trails in Table Rock State Park | AllTrails

Table Rock Reservoir is part of the City of Greenville's watershed, so there is no public access. The extension of the Foothills Trail from Sassafras Mtn to Jones Gap skirts the northern border of the watershed but that is as close as you can get. There is no backcountry camping in Table Rock State Park but once you leave the park on the Foothills trail, there are possibilities on the trail and possible loops within the Jocassee Gorges area to the west of the park.
