    Well, I decided, since there was a waterfall to shoot, I'd take the "real" camera - old-school all-manual Nikon F with two prime lenses: 24mm and 105mm. I must have picked up and put down my digital point and shoot and my stickpic about a dozen times.

    Sweet! Have not yet hung that close to water.

    Some of the folks headed up the trail past where we camped (fire ring on the river side of the trail and one on the non river side) and said there were two more potential campsites farther up. Don't know if those had fire rings or not.
    The farther campsites probably would not have held the 8 structures our group had.
