    I started with very light weight fabrics that were quite stretchy and felt sort of soft. Later I got a double layer and liked the more firm feel. So being the overdoer I am I got a double layer made from very non stretchy material. It was like being on a rock!

    I mention my trials just to illustrate there probably is a limit in either direction. As pointed out already it’s a bit of trial and error to find your sweet spot.

    At 350 lbs and 6’4” I love the feel and stretch of 1.6 hyperd. I might be on the extreme end of it and take all the stretch out of it. The tablecloth hammocks are great as well because they allow you to lay any and all ways. They aren’t the best outdoors due to the wind flapping all the excess material (usually in your face).
