    Older Hammocks still have value?

Hello to everyone. I haven't checked in for a while and wanted to see what's new. I really like some of the new hammocks with the integrated or sewn on underquilts, all the possibilities with Dutch's Chameleon and Banyan, not to mention all the other great vendors. That said I recently dusted off an older Hammeck custom Envy S, that I must have bought around 2015-16 not sure exactly. I parked it because just after I ordered it I found that I prefer head right, feet left. Only problem was my Hammeck was just the opposite! Anyway, long story short, I set it up and played around with the sag and finding the sweet spot I must say I'm really liking this thing! It could use a couple modifications but overall it's a great hammok and the "Meck's" workmanship was second to none!

I wonder how many of the Hammeck hammoks are still out there?

    Thanks,
    J

I have five! I bought the last DIY from hammok just before they went commercial. Then I purchased two Breezy's - one for me, one for a hiking partner. I bought one of the first Envoy-S's and worked with hammok on the design which resulted in the zipper change in later models (one zipper, not two, to open it for entry/exit and allowing head left/right switching.

Here's my first one in action:

In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.
