    Cool Micro cord

    hey all,
my buddy has a fast fly from ENO and it has this nice "micro cord" for tying it down. anyone have any suggestions for cheap source of lightweight tarp cord. Im rocking some Wal-mart camo utility cord right now and it is bulky heavy and seem to tangle it self no matter what I do.

1.75mm Zing-It. AHE carries it, so does Opie, as well as Redden Marine.

If you want to get TINY and use a covered line for better knot holding....

-Excel Vectran by Marlow goes down to 1/16" (1.2mm) 200# tensile strength
    -Robine's Dingy control goes to 1/16" (1.7mm) 330# tensile
-Marlow Excel Racing is too stiff for my liking
-My favorite "tweaking line" is New England Spyder Line
-3/32 (1.8mm) tensile 350# It's still pretty small stuff and tangles a little but not too bad.

Ive got some 1mm dyneema core- b/s 70 kg for my tie outs.

I think it's marlow or english braids.

It seems to hold in the clamcleats well.

+1 on the suggestion for Speer No-Tangle. It's on all my tarps.
