Have a small stuffsack for my titanium shepard hooks. Keep a couple of guy line extensions in there as well for going into porch mode.
Then I put all that in my mesh back pocket of my ULA pack on the left bottom. always know where they are.
Sprayed a touch of blue on my dear stakes as if they go flying they are durn near impossible to hunt down.

    I win! :-)

Actually, I just copied Dutch. I like the idea of the webbing. Stronger and pretty puncture resistant. Maybe a little heavy, but I don't care... better than a hole in my backpack.

Same here. I also carry extra guyline for porch mode as Shug mentioned. Plus, when my straps gets all sap covered they go in the bag too.

In a ziplock in the outside right pocket of my pack. I usually have two extra pieces of line for extending a line or such in the ziplock, too. I use Y stakes that are about 6" or so - I put them in the bottom of a quart size bag, roll the bag around them and then zip the bag. I actually haven't had a bag puncture yet.

I have 3 kinds of stakes and don't like any of them too much.... i want some small light ones that are visible in the dark...know any?

My favorites are the big yellow ones you get with cheap tents or at walmart. I like them the best to use because you can stomp on them and they don't bend and they are easy to see, but they are bulky and heavy and don't fit in small stake sacs well so I put them in a zip lock gallon bag. I use the aluminum shepards for the back of the tarp *the non porch side non open side back i mean* yellow ones where I might step and trip on them because they are more visible. I keep the stakes in their own bag, the guy lines on the tarp and a 3rd ziplockbag with an extra guy line, a few yards of shock cord, and a roll of mason line which I carry instead of paracord now.

I probably carry too much.... I usually carry 2 extra aluminum stakes and a mini biner and a figure 9 in there too.....
