So does anyone have pics of the summer UQ? I am thinking of buying one, but am interested to see what it looks like first.

I saw that and it made me mighty itchy for my summer set from adam
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

Just a few words about my summer quilts. I have been playing with a few ideas regarding their construction.

I am not sold on Insultex as a summer insulator. Not enough breathability for me. I am thinking it will shine as an insert for the Crowsnest or Incubator line.

"The Stormcrow commercial"....lol. Yeah, I am not that great in front of a camera but my quilt and I were there in the moment...

That was a prototype quilt. I am not a huge fan of sewn through construction (I prefer at least a 3/4" baffle)and it did not really get that cold on the Gorge trip but I will sell that one for $99. I will be making some very similar ones (probably without insultex) with around 4-4.5oz of down for $135. I am not sure if they will have all the pleats but they should function well for summer quilts. Their weights should be competitive with similar summer quilts that are out there (that is a fancy way of saying I have not dialed in the weight exactly yet..)

Thanks again for all of your wonderful comments guys. It keeps me mentally in the game.

Let me know if you have questions..
