I just wanted to start this thread to see if there would be any interest in getting together for an Ohio hang. SoundmanBob mentioned Wildcat Hollow in the Wayne National Forest. I think June is shot for me, third week of July maybe? Or we can take our time with planning and do an early fall hang.

16th - 18th is good for me. I haven't been to that particular park yet, about 2 hr's away from me. Any later than that I have commitments at my PT job every weekend till mid Oct.

Would love to go to my "First hang" in Ohio. Know our numbers are increasing... Volunteered to educate people about hammocks at Alley Park in Lancaster, OH in early April and there was a lot of interest... When date is settled on I will make every effort to attend...

wildcat holler is an old haunt of mine. was there in october, and the trail was virtually impassible due to storms and a lack of trail maintenance.
definitely interested though in hanging in ohio with some hf members.
june 12 is no good for me- i'll be swinging in minister creek in pa.
the end of july is most desirable. will keep a ticker on this thread-

Man I would love to join you but without a bug net and no money to spend there is no way I can do any more hangs till it gets way cooler out. Ok it is cool enough now but not in July. Ok I will be at the Michigan hang but as a ground dweller with my wife and kids but that one will be in a camp ground. Hopefully Ill be better equipped next summer.
