Someone buy these before I have to! They are great poles at a great deal, sold tons of them back in my retail days, just never got some for my self.

I've used them for 2 seasons. Great shape. No dents or scratches. Grips are perfect.. I never took them day hiking. Just backpacking.

There is a tiny compass on top of each one and they are worthless. That's the worst I can say about them.

They compact down smaller than my new Gossamer poles. I wish the G-poles went down as small. But I got sucked in by the super light weight of the G-poles.
