Winter Hang. That was the first thought I had when I read Scandinavian Kick *** Hang Out.

This from the guy that lives in the Great White North.

A winter hang out is possible to do in Laggträsket as well.
But also at many other places.
I'm in for a winter hang out also.

Yes, we can do a september hangout first and when we do that we can start planning for a winter hangout.

What kind of assistance do you need from me for the september hangout?
I could pick up people who comes to an airport or trainstation that's not so very far away.
    Anything else?

Firewood would be good. Fresh wood doesn't burn very well. And we have got to have a big camp fire.

'course, if we are a bunch of people we could just buy a sack at the gas station when it's time.

Other than that...fishing licenses, where to get them, how much, etc.

Firewood and fishing licenses is no problems. The forest is full of dead trees who are just waitnig for us. There are also a lot of precut wood in the sheds around the lake. Fishing licenses costs 100 SEK per day and that can be arranged at the site. Cash against fishing cards.

Wow .... I would really love to come and join all of you!
I have been to Sweden, Norway and Finland and all the time I was there never got to backpack.
If all of you order UQs and such from the States I could bring them over and save the shipping and apply it to my flight........... OK... just kidding.
But it will be in my dreams and I am going to keep up with this thread.
An International HF Hang .... what a video that would make.
Ser deg senere, Ha det så bra

    Your welcome Shag!
But you must speak some of the Scandinavian languages to qualify.
I have problems understanding the people in the southern parts of Sweden and not to mention the Danish so if you just pretend to speak something you will probably fool me....

It´s not our language that´s difficult to understand..... it´s the constant stream of irrelevant nonsens you have to decipher that´s troublesome
