Calling all hangers in the Salt Lake City area!

    Hello!

(theres no real place for this kind of post, so I put it where fit best...)

Im headed to Salt Lake City August 3-6, 2010 if all goes according to plan. I may add a day or 2 on the front end of that...

Anyone got a back yard (with appropriate trees) I can use as home base for the duration? Hotels are filling up quick for the convention that I'll be attending and they are quite pricey at that...

Mountain camping is only 30 minutes from downtown. If you don't mind smelling fresh every morning... I've got a buddy in Park City, but that would be a bit of a daily trek.

Cuffs, check a couple of the Youth hostels. Is it for the Outdoor convention?

On another note: Next week, I should have that bag done for ya. I've had some other priorities to get out of the way.
I like big hammocks - I cannot like.

You could head up any of the canyons east of the city...UTA (bus system) has routes up Big and Little Cottonwood canyons...plenty of places to hang up there. And very few more scenic.
