When using a toggle, one can as well tie marlinespike hitch (with the straps I have - I have to add one more loop to the original hitch to make it stable). My idea behind this simple exploding knot is is to hang without using the toggles, but with all the benefits .

Your idea is a good one, Luke. MacEntyre's point about using a toggle is that some knots can become almost impossible to untie once they've been heavily loaded. A toggle inside the knot prevents that. Anyway, it's unlikely to happen with the materials and method you are using.

I just came across this particular knot (I think) on an arborist site, where it's called the "Quick Hitch".
