Awesome service from JrB on the Dutch Clips! Ordered a pair on Saturday and they hit my mailbox today (Wednesday). These things are cool!

Dutch clips are an awesome product, and the only bad thing about them was that they always sold out so fast when they appeared in the store. I'm glad to see they will be available more reliably now, because they rule

I've switched in the last two weeks to Dutch clips, Whoopie slings and homemade 5' tree huggers. That let me permanently attach the clips and sling to the tree huggers. There's definitely less chance of an "OH S**T!" situation that way. (IMO)

    P. S. And lighter than webbing and buckles and 'biners. The Dutch clips weigh 1 gram more for a pair than the ultralight 'biners I was using. The Amsteel weighs about half as much per 100' as the 30' of Speer webbing did. And no buckles whatsoever! My current hammock-Whoopie-Dutch-Hugger-Snakeskins setup weighs 1 pound and 9 ounces. That's ridiculous.
