Are there two stopper knots on a guy line tube tensioner where the tube is whipped or ziptied to the line? Do most folks just use an overhand knot(s)?

I made detachable tensioners using mason line with loops at each end; created the loops with a figure 8 tied in the bight. That knot became the stopper for mine.

For the tube type, there's a stopper knot on each end of the tube. The tube is then constricted on the outside of the stopper knot.
