    Speer Winter Tarp

I have been saving up my pennies and nickels to get a Speer Winter Tarp. I've got a MacCat Delux that I really enjoy but wanted something a bit more protected for colder trips. I went to the speer website and it says they aren't selling finished tarps right now. they might in the future. So if they aren't selling when I am ready to buy I need to go another route. What tarp would you recommend that is closest to the speer winter tarp?

Superfly or big mamajamba from warbonnet would be effective... With the doors of course

Brian at OES makes a winter tarp in near the exact same dims as the Speer Winter. I picked one up last year and I love it. He'll include tie-outs or whatever you want. I like the tarp so much, I sold my standard MacCat because I never used it. I like the bigger tarp for all 4-seasons. You won't be disappointed.

Tree to Tree Trail Gear of Elizabeth City, North Carolina is making most of Ed's stuff now. Try contacting them to see if they are making the winter tarp

Not me, cause I bought one in "Waaaay COOL" coyote brown. Stuff happens sometimes to cottage gear makers, they get old, get busy with other stuff, etc. Sometimes you just have to put something else aside and go for it, maybe even buy a spare, 'cause it probably won't be around down the road.
