great service from JRB

So I ordered a few sundries from JRB last week, including the suspension kit to hang my new UQ. The order was processed and shipped quickly and arrived a couple days later. Unfortunately, one of the 4 micro carabiners on the suspension wasn't working right. I emailed JRB and got a response within a few hours, apologizing, explaining what the issue likely was, and assuring me that they'd take care of it. Two days later a brand new set of micro-carabiners showed up in the mail, gratis. The original order was handled quickly, and the minor problem was handled even quicker - awesome customer service! Thanks Jack and Jack, you're a class act in my book.

Geesh ... what would you expect from the Jacks?

Never heard a bad word about their product or service ... hope to meet them someday down the trail.

I've ordered from JRB on 2 seperate occassions. First time was the Nest uq the second time was the No Snivler. Both times i received my quilts in record time. Fast service, great quilts. I did a post on HF about wether to buy a No Snivler in place of a down jacket. Well I went with the No Snivler and am glad I did. I used it on my last trip we were at 8000' and it got cold so I pulled out my No Snivler and wore it like a jacket.

I too was amazed at the speedy service from JRB. Ordered a set of quilts on fathers day, a sunday no less, and had em on my doorstep on wednesday. I was super excited cuz I usually do an overnite on thursdays so I was able to test em out right away. Great quality products and great sevice what else is there to say? I'll be using them again very soon.

They're a great couple of guys to deal with. Their products are expensive, but with the high quality of their gear, coupled with top notch customer service (they really stand behind what they sell), it makes it easy, for me, to spend my money with them. Maybe TOO EASY

Another fan of the Jacks, while the price at first blush may seem high, it is money well spent on a great company, that makes a great product, back by great service.
