When I take my hammock down I put an arm through the whoopie end as I detach it from the toggle so my hammock does not touch the terra firma and then I take my tree strap and hang it around my neck .... I have never left one behind.
    Makes me feel clever.

OOOOO I like Crown Royal, I'll get some more.

The only nifty thing I do (so far) is use a different color carabiner for the head end of my WBBB. The thing is you can only get out on one side of the hammock, so when I open up one side of the bag and I know instantly what end I have and which way to set it up.

I use plastic zip ties from the home store to strap together furniture, tools, racks and the like while in camp. They are cheap, they weigh nothing, and hold really well - especially if pulled with the pliers from a multitool! Can create anything you can dream up!

Plastic Ties and Grip Clips are staples in my kit!
