    Holiday Weekend Hangin'

We are unable to go camping this holiday weekend, but that didn't stop us from hanging. The weather is in the low 80's and slightly breezy, so we pulled out the Traveler clones that I've made and set them up in the shady island in the front yard.

Yeah, I should be busy raking the island and spreading fresh pine straw, but sometimes you've just got to set priorities.

I think you have your priorities set just right. I just got off work and I am getting ready to go out and hang tonight along the Neuse River.

    Thanks, Peanuts.

REI finally got more in, but by the time I got to the store they were down to 2. Gotta wait for the next shipment to get another pair in hand to get rid of another set of cam buckles. The rings are SO much lighter.

My wife and daughter decided to take advantage of today's continuing good weather and spend some time reading together in our new favorite hanging spot. Sorry for the full size pic on the first post. I couldn't remember how to post a thumbnail.

I'm already used to being seen as the crazy neighbor on the street, so it doesn't bother me to hang in the front yard. It's shady, cool, and we can keep an eye on the kids.
