Find a local tailor shop and show them what you want done. It shouldn't be too difficult for a professional. Just make sure they use 100% polyester thread.

IMPOSSIBLE JUST TAKES LONGER
Neo, do you know what you want? Sounds like you want another tarp like you already have but in another color. I don't see how mild catenary shaping along the sides affects whether it works in a diamond pitch versus a rectangular pitch... but I do see how the tarp construction can affect that with a silnylon tarp due to how it stretches on the bias of the fabric.
Case in point, JBR made their 8x8 tarp so it performed at its best when it is pitched on a diagonal as a light weight alternative to the stock Hennessy tarp. They did that by the way they cut and constructed the silnylon fabric relative to the bias of the fabric. Conversely they made their large rectangular tarp so it performed at its best when it is pitched in a rectangular fashion because that is how it was intended to be used.
With the stretch that nylon fabric has on its bias and how that affects it performance when pitched tightly as a tarp, you can't have it work at its best both ways. You have to pick the one that makes the most sense for its application. Taking the 'curves' off the sides will not change that, it will likely make it sag even more. You have a silnylon tarp that was designed to work best when used in a rectangular pitch, you can't change that.

Neo, I think it would be easier and cheaper all around if you sold the 10x11 and just got someone to make a silnylon tarp in the dimensions you want. Any of the custom makers on the forum would work with you on that.

Hey neo, I was just kidding about buying your tarp ,if you weren't so far away I'd bring my Injector over and fix that tarp up. Hope you find someone to fix it for you thats a great tarp.
