    Making the switch, but which?

Hello all - been on the ground for a while, doing some section hikes. Now I am ready to get in the air. I am trying to decide which hammock to buy. I am 6'6" and 250, so I am looking at the longer/stronger versions - a Clark NX250, HH Explorer A-Sym, and WB BB-1.7.
Over on Whiteblaze, they suggested that I visit here and see if I can find someone who will let me hang for a few minutes to try the fit on one of these.
    I am in central NC.
Thanks in advance and I look forward to losing sleep while learning more here.

Welcome! IMO the WB BB-1.7 is by far the best hammock made. It would serve you very well. We have many members here from NC. As a general rule hammock hangers love to show off their gear. I have no doubt that some of the NC contingent will be chiming in shortly. And perhaps you can hook up with one of them to try out a hammock or two.

Welcome to the hammock forums, and the dark side. No, we don't have cookies... They lied. But at least we have hammocks!
