i went to get 15 feet of shock cord thinking i would use the cord i have tieing it to the loops i attached to the head end of the quilt and to the suspension. and use the cord i bought to do the same at the foot end as well as a loop form the middle over the ridge line and back to the middle. but i was lucky. the guy at the store was almost out of shock cord (and this was much thicker cord then i expected) so he just gave me another four feet ish or cord free! i was able to loop it form suspension threw all three loops on the left to tail end suspension and back along the right. my first hammock set up officially complete and to be slept in tonight.
