That's great Hiker DC. Up until this point in my life I have been a part-time hanger, and mainly two-season camper. But thanks to all the information I've gotten here and on Just Jess's site, Sgt. Rock's site, Shug videos, et. al., I am looking forward to camping in the bitter cold of the low 30's here in So Cal(Isn't that like late summer weather in Minnesota?)
The prospect of doubling my camping time is well worth a donation. Not to mention that given all the money I've spent on gear over the years, a small donation to such an informative and friendly site like HF is the least I could do.

Well put. For $10 a year, or $0.027/day, it's more than worth it to be a donating member here. If nothing else, for entertainment value. But the info on hammocks here is invaluable and we're truly the internet's best and most comprehensive source for all things hammocking.Personally, I'm proud to be a part of that.

I'll admit the donating members off topic forum is what provided the "necessity" to become a donating member, but it's a small price for all the help and ideas this forum makes available to me.
