Ooooh. . . . me likey. Thanks for sharing Hawk-Eye. Bummer I missed out on the sale this morning. Oh well, someone's got to sleep in on their last of 8 days off, might as well be me.

Glad you like them pal ... and I can appreciate the sleeping in thing! Eight days off? Geesh I'd have to be run back to work at the end of a shot gun!

Arrg, missed those biners as well !
    **** !
One more sale here , please

Dutch elves said in the sales thread:
There is only so much aluminum in the world
But, i think the elves in the Dutch mines is just trying to keep the prices up,
by claiming it's a aluminium shortage.

But that is not true ...

As it happens, i listen to Bill Brysons book "A Short History of Nearly Everything" at work.
And there he mentions that aluminum is really common.

    I did a wiki search.

Aluminum is the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust, and the third most abundant element, after oxygen and silicon. It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface .
DUTCH, don't belive those lying mining eleves.

I want my Dutch biners, right now !
Moski, who no longer feels the Secret Ninja Ski emptiness..............
    B/C he got them now

No, it's just that Cannibal has so many hammocks, there's not enough aluminum in the world to outfit them all with Dutch 'biners...

Yeah I heard it theorized that WBBB's would only cost $85 if Cannibal hadn't single handedly cornered the world hammock market.

Wiki is correct, aluminum is everywhere, but...

Aluminum exists nowhere in nature in the ground state. Most of it is Al+++ and is tied up in bauxite. A lot of it is in the oceans. It takes a lot of electricity to reduce Al+++ to Al metal.
