Pearl River Homemade Hammock AND Raft Trip.

Reserving this spot for my report on the DIY hammock I decide to take. This will be my first real hammocking trip. I am starting up earlier than anticipated but I fell into this trip with the original planners setting the dates.

I suspect there will be plenty of trees to pick from since it will be the swamps in South MS. I will post up my report after the trip since I don't have the skills/capabilities of Land.

Had to go with Plan B but still had a great time. Here are some teasers. Will have to get back to this later.

I would simply pass out if I found that. I suppose after a while I would get used to it.

When hunting I come across the occasionally rattler or copperhead and I always give them the chance to smell plenty of fear.

I nearly stepped on this one. That is why he was mad.

How did you escape the snake? (and how did you get around behind it to get the pics?)
