    Thumbs up

Now you two are the kinda folks I'd like to hang out with. Great attitude and a good time despite the weather! And the gear head issue ... well ... nuff said there

Thanks a lot for sharing your adventure and photos. Really enjoyed it this morning ... when I should have been working

Excellent report thanks for sharing. Its great to see that you weren't discoraged by the rain.

What kind of kayaks do you have Bomber?

Your welcome Veto(credit the good report to TheWild). I have an inflateble WW boat, and two seakayaks:

This one - the Trapper Albacore, which is my main boat - and a very, very good kayak:

And this one, which i started out with. Its a nice boat, indestuctible but some what uninspiring to paddle:

Wow that was a great trip report. For many people heavy rain like you guys had would have ruined the trip. You two really know how to make the most of a bad situation. I guess it could be rightfully said that you really HUNG IN THERE (sorry for the bad pun).

If you paddle canoes you might be able to stand up to tie huggers. Sounds like a great idea paddling through the swamp. Great trip report. That was allot of rain.

I´ve seen pictures of a guy in a inflatable dinghy doing this(it looked really cool). Just can´t seem to visualize the solution in a kayak(sitting down).
