    Considering the snakes in Oz I wouldn't consider any other way. The only thing you'll have to come up with that us Yanks dont have to worry about is a way to keep the browns and the tigers from crawling down the hammock support line....maybe a funnel of some kind with the suspension threaded through.

    You are welcome in Texas, where it rarely freezes and there is no danger from reptiles past the friendly rattlesnakes. We all carry a generous supply of "snakebite" just in case it freezes or any other suitable reason necessitates it.
