Another great review! I enjoy yuor vids. I own the Kelty Noah 9, bought it in June, and have yet to camp out in it. Will do so in September. Tahnks for your review!

P.S. have you found a benefit to hanging with the ridge line below the tarp, or above the tarp in the loops?

Great review, Babelfish... I've been thinking about buying the Kelty Noah 12 as a low-cost tarp solution to my Home Depot special I've been using.

    Thanks.

I prefer the ridge line above because of the loops. It seems to make the tarp more stable and easier to adjust for me. That's just me though, I could be wrong.

I liked it. You did a great job. Not nervous, etc. You seemed like a natural doing the reviews.

    Thanks!

Another great video! I've always wondered about the Kelty Noah.

Nice review, B5. I lived in Conroe for a couple of years and remember a few hot days...

I have a Noah's 12 and like it a lot. My daughter uses it set up like a Speer Winter Tarp, which is easy to do with all the pull-out points. Unless they changed their fabric, the Noah's line is polyester taffeta, not nylon ripstop. I like the fact that the polyester doesn't stretch like nylon so there's no need for line tensions other than to allow for wind. I don't use line tensioners on mine at all.
