Video: Kelty Noah 9 Review

Hey Hammock Hangers,

I decided to hike a bit today and then film a review of my Kelty Noah 9. It was 100 + (with the heat index) I'm not sure, but the fact that I did the video in that heat could be a sign of either mental illness or heat stroke.

Thanks Hawk-eye. It was crazy hot. I think you get use to it, or delirious. I'm not sure which yet. It's hard to tell sometimes.

My first real tarp was and still is the Noah 9. I have had mine for about 4 years and got plenty of use out if it. I like the many guy points. You can pitch that thing at so many different angles. I have never experienced misting with mine. I was out about 3 weeks ago in a torential downpour with no leakage or misting issues.

I also noticed about 4:43 in your video that you had Stormcrow in the background.

I think that Stormcrow was a bit freaked out that I was pitching the tarp for sleeping on the ground. He had to give me a stern warning about that.

Nice job on the review! I sometimes use the Kelty Noah's 12 x 12 when I set up the "Honeymoon Suite".

Yes, you are recognizing Huntsville State Park. It's close to where I live. It makes it easy to get out and field test things.
