Length of Shock Cord on WBBB???

Buying new shock cord for my BB that I just purchased, but was not supplied with the shock cord of the side pull outs. Does anyone not know the length of them or about how many feet I should buy? 1/8" diameter sound about right?

1/8" sounds about right. I think you can make it as long as you want, but I wouldn't go shorter than 3' to get a good "spread of the wings".

I don't have mine hanging right now, otherwise I could tell you in a couple hours when I get home.

1/8" is thick shock cord for a tie out I would think. I use 3/32" for a multitude of uses and I am very pleased with its strength and heft.

Yeah I bought it used. Just didn't come with them. Bought 8 feet from a local marine supplier. 4 feet each side should be long enough I think.

I was in the same boat when I picked up my BB secondhand, I think I asked the same question too and most folk suggested 4ft. Looks like you've got just the right amount. A cord lock on each is perfect for adjustment if you don't have any yet.

Yeah I'm just stealing them off of other things I have laying around in the closet.
