Hammocks are amazing for your back problems. Just an hour or two in mine is enough to alleviate pain in both my upper and lower back which lasts until I have to sleep in bed again : (
Seriously looking at hanging one in my room and getting rid of the ol clunker!

I've told my wife to lay in the hammock while I laid on the floor under her and massaged her back. More effort for me but oh so good for convincing her to shorten my honey-do list.
