Is it possible to put an internal ridgeline on a switchback? I rather not have to tie the bugnet up to the tree.
You must be unwilling to burn little holes in yer netting...
I don't think there is anything to make fast to on the inside...
I may be missing something... It's a gathered end hammock, isn't it? Just run the RL out through the gather and attach it like on the BB.
Bad spellers of the world Untie!
I've only set it up once and I am hoping someone already tried to put an internal RL on it. It seems to me that the hammock lays so flat that the gathered end is not much higher than my head.
I had been thinking the same thing, about adding a ridgeline. It seemed like I was always having to adjust the length of the shock cords that support the netting, due to variations of the setup. Also they are another conduit for water to follow. Then I started attaching the netting to the tarp's ridgeline eyes, since it is always pretty close to the same. I really enjoy the lack of the ridgeline for lounging. It seems to work well for me.
