    i was not able to pule the rope though its self for the splice.

    You need some sort of splicing tool- Some flower arrranging wire, some earth wire stripped out of ring main, thin arc welding rods etc . You need a couple of feet at most.
    I used earth wire, it worked well. You should be able to find some in a skip, or ask for a length of wire from a florists if you cant find any at home.

    I use either a .024" or .035" stainless steel wire made for salt water fishing leaders. Any wire of approx. that diameter should work. Cut a piece about 24" long, fold it in half and squeeze the folder end together with pliers leaving just enough gap to hold the line fairly snug. Works like a champ!

    it all good i just made them 20mins a go and have tested them out. they are amaing that bring my total hammock and suspension to 9oz.

    Well done! I'm green with weight-weenie envy. 9oz. . . that's less that the stock HH napkin.
