I'm skeptical... try to make sense of the botched translation at the bottom of the ad. The girl in the picture looks like she's trapped in it too. And who has heard of scuba/hammocking? Looks like a scam to me, or it could just be a weird import, who knows?

1.45kg = 3 pounds 3 ounces. I'll stick to my Warbonnet + Edge tarp, well under 3 lbs. Cool looking thing, though.

    haha..look closer, it's a guy, not a girl.

Don't think it's a scam, they've just scanned a page with other sports intermingled on it.

"Lane held the tent and rain fly the tent weighs only 1.45 kg including full light enough to 32cm x 14cm Packing size hanging around in a backpack with comfortable attending"

I'd guess "lane" means "line," "including full" means "all included", and the rest is understandable.

My translation from Korean English: "With lines holding up the tent and rainfly and tent, the tent weighs only 1.45 kg all included, packs down to 32x14 and is light enough to backpack comfortably."

I wonder what the final price will be!

I guess with the tent pole, you could go to ground easily...

That's what I was thinking. That hammock looks very short on him, and Asians aren't known for being tall. Not likely to be comfortable for me.

Looks like a pretty good attempt at keeping the rain fly and hammock one piece, but I've always thought that the weakness in that approach outweighs the advantage, though. Plus the condensation management challenge.
