    I was able to play with some scraps of a blanket and some batting. The blanket piece was 6"X6", acted like a sponge and took close to 4hrs in the sun to dry. The batting did not act the same but I'm still not convinced it is any better than the blanket. Looks like I will need to keep shopping for a summer blanket.
