Is there a cleaner way to make the loop for your lark's head when making whoopie slings? Seems a shame not to have pretty neat work there too since the whoopie ends are so clean.
What do you do?

How are you making them that isn't neat/tidy? A simple fixed eye splice (with a locked brummel) is about as clean as it gets.

Make a fixed eye bury (locked brummel). Easily done, looks nice and clean.

I've just been using an overhand or figure 8.

Locked Brummel as noted above. I added a polyester line covering from some recycled line on the DynaGlide WS. Probably not necessary. Just a precaution to prevent the relatively thin (1.8mm) line from cutting the hammock.

Did the locked Brummell loops last night. Just what I was looking for.
Thanks.

I'll chime in on the locked brummel!
