Gore-Tex shelled down Underquilt?

I have searched and visited many of teh forum supporting vendors but have not found an answer. . .

Does anybody produce a Gore-tex shelled down underquilt? or can anyone recommend a particular gear maker that may be alright with cutting up and restiching my old Marmot gore-tex shelled down sleeping bag and reconfiguring it for use as an underquilt? I would love to buy one, but I already have a spare Marmot that they gave me a few years back that I would love to get some use out of as it was a very expensive bag.

I'd love too! I was just eyeballing the wife's sleeping bag...and she said "DON'T get any funny ideas Mister!"
But for shipping both ways, me retrofitting it, materials etc. it may be wiser to sell it either here or another hiking forum.
And use that $$$ to buy your self a new uq.
