    Opie's Ripped Off Tarp Setup

    No shame in this game. If you're not cheating you're not trying!!

    Thanks Opie for this setup idea.

    I used the 7/64 Amsteel Blue for this ridgeline. For me it is easier to handle and the little added weight doesn't bother me.

    I'm thinking of putting a gear bag on the ridgeline under the tarp. Kind of like the one in my hammock maybe a little bigger. Is that something that might get used or is it just gadgetry?

    I found my knot bones at Lowes in a 4 pack with 25' of cord.

    Talking Bought 1, made 1.

    I bought my first single line tarp system from Opie and loved it so much that i've replicated it for a friend while we were in the woods. Like Brian, I found my Knot bones at Lowe's and the little things sure are handy! Hammockers sure are crafty people.
