1. Any of them.
2. See #1.
I haven't tried some of the new ones on the market, but just about any UQ will work on a doublenest. If you're actually sleeping two in the hammock, the JRB line of large quilts work well for giving additional coverage.
Trust nobody!
I have the eno ember and it is fine. But in full disclosure, I have only usedd it on a 54 degree night. Look in the forums and you can get it much cheaper and quicker than the eno web site.
I have a KAQ Lost River on my double nest. It's great, nice and wide. I've used pads, and a [MacGyvered] sleeping bag strapped under my DN.

I have a JRB Hudson River. (Disclosure: I've only used it once) I loved it and it kept me warm. It easily adjusted while I was in the hammock itself. Came up fully around me on both sides. I just picked up a JRB Old Rag Mountain for this October's MAHHA hang and I intend to use the HR as a TQ. If I include my REI 55+ travel sack, I think I have a complete sleep system for any of the temperature I traditionally hike/camp in.
I'll probably also pick up a UQ cover from 2QZQ and an IX Hammock Sock from MacEntyre later on in the year so I can extend my outtings into colder temps/weather that I would have traditionally stayed home in, as well as give me increased insulation options.
Cheers,
Kyle
3 season Incubator on an ENO double, perfect fit. Haven't tried any others. Don't really wanna.
