I picked up one of these today and can only imagine the many different ways of hanging it. And the price for a 12x12 was way better than I was expecting.

Don't keep us hanging...so to speak. What is the price?

I have used this as my tarp of choice for the last few years. The long ridge line makes it difficult to get in some good hanging spots but you get great coverage with it . This is one of the ways that I set it up to get more protection and it's got a shorter ridge line on the square. I have just moved on to a Maccat standard mostly because of the weight and size difference but I will still use this tarp when canoe camping.

$56 plus shipping.
Wow! I have access to several of the 12x, and had considered this as a less expensive option until I can order something else. I had even considered it on the square, but had not imagined to tent it like myles to go's photo. My new GT SBPro should be here today. I will have to try the Noah's tarp with it in the morning

It's not silnylon. It's PU coated taffeta, and pretty heavy. But not bad for the price....
You beat me to it
I own this tarp - very massive (and not light) but very bullet proof as well.
I use this with my wife when we hang next to eachother as well as in the winter when I want extra protection.
This tarp has covered both hammocks and served as a wind break for the same many times.
Other than being heavy this is a wonderful tarp and very inexpensive for what you get.
Keep in mind that at 12x12 it has a HUGE ridge line length (~17 or so feet) - so wide spaced trees are a must when you hang it as a diamond. When hanging off bias it is long enough to cover the longest hammocks and wide enough to have a party under.
