my scale says 1lb 9 ounces. Its a cheap scale so it could be wrong.
It's probably a hair lighter. I have the same generation bag in LONG and mine is 1lb 8oz for the bag alone. Stuff sack is another ounce. The regular should be a couple ounces lighter than that. BTW - I've found the 38 degree rating to be spot on, despite what looks like very little down. This is a fantastic deal on a great bag. Just about any other bag in that weight range is going to cost double.
Very nice bags, I have the number 5 long and I love it.
I have this same bag and I love it. I believe it's rated to 35° - I had it down to 29° and my toes were cold but was barely comfy otherwise. Great bag!
