    For a 7/64 whoopie, I would use the Zing-it or Lash-it.

I used the yellow AirCore (?1.7mm) on 7/64" Amsteel. Klemheist type of Prusik. Tight enough grip for JRB MW4 uq, stuff sack holding a few pounds of gear.

I have put Zing-It on Zing-It Klemheists with 5 or 6 wraps. Works great. The Klemheist is easier to dress and seems to hold better than a Prussic. It is directional so take some time to do it right. Snug it down slowly and it will almost self-dress. For a tutorial see animatedknots.com.

I purchased mine through Redden Marine. There is a discount code for this forum. Can't remember what it is now. I have also ordered from one of the contributors here but can't remember which one.

Being somewhat OCD about some things I made continuous loops out of the ZingIt. If you do that, when you tie your Klemheist, make sure the buried section is not around the line you are attaching to. Not sure if it makes a difference when attaching to 7/16 but I didn't want a larger diameter line making the bite when attaching to like diameter line. Another OCD thing I guess. There is a pictorial on here somewhere showing the continuous loop.

Zing it can also be found at www.wesspur.com and many other arborist supply stores.

Is zing it only available online or might I find it at a nursery or the like?
