Have we made up our minds about which place we are camping on Friday / Sat.?

Everyone take a guess: how many campers, including groundlings, do you expect on a haunted hill on Halloween weekend? I'll start: 30.

Pond? Does that mean we don't need to load up on the water? Either way sounds great we will see you there @ 4ish. Can't wait to get back in the woods.

Yes there is a pond there.....usually clear water but bring a coffee filter with you to be safe. Still raining here.....the gage here says we have 2 inches so far of rain......though we need abot 10 more...it is a start.

See ya at the trail head...

The pond has plenty of water in it. Not perfectly clear, but not bad. Don't try to push it thru a filter, it will clog it up immediately. Not even a coffee filter works with this water. Perhaps some cheezecloth or a t shirt. There is plenty of water, though. See you there at 4PM or before.

How may are staying both nights? Me for one.

You can bring some water in with you, but the pond is at the Hill.
You'll need to filter or boil. The pondwater is known for clogging filters so bring your filter cleaning kit too.
But it is drinkable after its been filtered.
