Beautiful country. The videos keep getting better and better. From now on when people ask me what my favorite program is I am going to say Shug videos on Youtube.

Take care and thanks for the videos.

That was a great trip Shug. Thanks for taking us along. I was getting behind but just watched them both. You looked like a very happy hiker!

I second that, I don't even watch my old shows any more.

Great trip report and so cool you seeing the wolf. When does hunting season start in your neck of the piney woods.

    You Da Man!!!!!!

A crazy man, but Da Man, none the less. I love the video. Great footage of the wolf. I have a friend that is a wolf nut, he has forgoten more about Canis lupis then most people will ever know and he tells me there has never been a reported case of wolves attacking and killing anyone. I'm Native American and we see the wolf as a brother. He is something to be admired, and not feared, as most people do. I have just one question for you. What type of camera do you use for your videos??? I would like to make a video of my hunting companions and myself doing our thing in the woods of the Great Pacific Northwest. Thanks for taking the time and effort to make this video, especially dragging the extra weight of the camera with you just so we could come along. Once again a great video. Thanks, Charlie.

Great video, Shug. I don't know how you manage to capture the spirit of the SHT so well, but you do a great job of showing it off. I have a hard time getting good still photos.

    Thanks for taking us along.

A bit now but most in Mid-November. They close some sections of trail.

I feel the same about the wolf. My Grandmother on my Dad's side was half Cherokee. I do not walk with fear. Fear is bad company.
My camera is a Canon Powershot SD960 IS. Very good audio. The underwater was an Olympus.
