    Your Nite Ize needs???

We are pleased to announce that whoopieslings.com is now an authorized Nite Ize dealer. This has several benefits. First of all, it helps keep down the cost of our products that use Nite Ize items. Plus all the KnotBones, Figure-9’s, and S-biners that you’ve been asking for separately are now available to order on our website. More products will be forthcoming!

What I would like to ask of all the great Hammockforums.net members is that if there are any Nite Ize products that we currently do not offer, and that that you would like us to carry, to please let me know. You can check out the Nite Ize website for their current product offering.

Thanks for everyone’s input and we look forward to fulfilling your Nite Ize needs.

Cool! I have my eye on those little ear bud tenders to wrap guylines. Read in another thread that they work well with thin cord.

You mean the Curvyman. If there is sufficient interest, I'll add them to the list. Will probably go with Black as some of the other colors might be too much. Thanks for your input lizzie.

Nice I noticed this morning that some niteize items were in stock. Plan on sending in an order tonight.

I don't personally need one, as I already have it; but I'm a big fan of their white SpotLit. Clipped to your ridgeline, it makes a great little work light.

Hi BurningCedar, I was looking at that for the exact same purpose. Is it 360 degree lighting or just on the one side? I was also looking at the Clip-On Marker as well. Some of us that get up in the middle of the night need a little light to find our way around . See you in a couple of weeks.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

The best way to describe the light is that its about 180* coverage. Its a very diffused light, not a spotlight at all.

I don't find it bright enough to do any extended reading with (short periods of reading are okay, YMMV); but its great for getting in and out of the hammock, getting dressed, finding stuff, etc.

Its so small and lightweight that I just leave it permanently attached to my ridgeline. No digging around for my headlamp. You turn it on and off by squeezing the center of the lamp, so its easy to do in the dark.

I'll have it with me on the OHT, so you'll be able to get a first-hand look then.

I'm really looking forward to the trip!!!! I need some R&R.

I second BurningCedar's suggestion. I have one too, and also attached to the ridgeline and never remove it.
