I'm in Australia and was a bit shocked when I saw the postage cost for a couple of sets of Dutch clips and tree straps. I went ahead with the order anyway and was pleasantly surprised to see a refund for some of the postage a day or so later. They arrived today and I'm in the process of trying them out. They seem well worth the money.

i think thats all it was i was a bit shocked , and being a on a budget and not knowing about the refund policy i wasn't up for paying that, im sure JRB is a good company that looks after its costumers , and by all feed back that iv read i see its true.
