I ordered a hammock off the demo list. I got it today and opened it up but noticed it did not have the bug net. I call Hennessy and they had shipped the wrong one. James said he was sorry about that and would have another out the door ASAP. About 10min later he called back and said they were out and asked if it would be ok to send me a brand new hammock with the zipper mod and of course I was ok with that. When I asked him how they wanted me to send back the hammock I had received he told just keep it as a spare. WOW!!!!! This is my first experience with Hennessy but I can say it want be my last. :
